Whether your team members are technologists new to Talend products or recognized Talend experts, Talend Academy offers the right tools to help them be successful.

 

 

• Training modules and learning plans:

  Study any topic, any time! Once you have access to the Talend Academy subscription, you can spin up individual training environments with a single click.

   

  Training environments are preconfigured virtual machines, with an installation of Talend Data Fabric and all the files and third-party software required for the hands-on practices. In addition to this environment, you have access to videos and slides to learn the concepts, and a guide for completing the hands-on exercises. The exercise book offers all the explanations, screenshots, and detailed instructions to successfully complete the hands-on practices. In this pre-built training environment, you can safely experiment with Talend products without the fear of breaking your company development or production environments.

   

  As part of the learning plans, you have the opportunity to test your knowledge with quizzes.

   

• Advanced use cases:
  Once you are comfortable with Talend products, you can take advantage of the business-oriented use cases available on Talend Academy. They guide you through various use case scenarios and explain how to resolve them using Talend products with third-party software. Use cases are highly detailed, and most provide a virtual environment to experiment on the products. They also include files and Talend Jobs to replicate them in your own environment.




• Certification exams:
  Talend offers certification exams that assess product usage knowledge and the underlying methods required to successfully implement quality projects. To help you prepare for the exam, Talend Academy provides certification preparation courses. They include a study guide, Job aids, hands-on practice suggestions, and a preparation exam to test your knowledge.




• Talend badging program:

  Throughout your Talend Academy journey to becoming Talend experts, you will have various ways to be recognized for your expertise. Talend offers a badging program that gives the ability to securely share your verified technical skills on social media as you progress on the path to a recognized Talend expert.

  A collection of tools and frameworks created by experts at Talend. These were created based on our teams’ extensive experience gained through working on hundreds of real-world Talend projects.
